=Vendéen Scenery=
Vendéen is a region located in west france, and got the name after it's river. The issue represents a typical landscape.
The drawing on the cover is very interesting, it has a nice texture and looks just like an oil painting.

Very interesting design windmill, it looks a bit like a dutch windmill.
Again the picture for the FDC is quite peculiar. I'm not sure which technique was used, but it's some sort of fabric, with a real photo printed on it.
